• Payment is required prior to service. Fees are generally non-refundable once service attempts begin. Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances.

• Grey Legal Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

• Payment is required in full before service begins. Once service attempts have started, fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion and based on the circumstances of each order. Rush and same-day service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
